What grade is your hair?
Maybe you expect our answer to be 7a, 8a, 9a or 10a hair but I'm sorry to tell you that's not how we defined the hair quality because those number grade named by seller are all made up, there is no standard at all. If we have to give a grade name to the hair we should call it virgin grade or remy grade. Hair in this page you're viewing now is virgin grade hair. What is the difference between your raw hair and virgin hair? Is raw hair or virgin hair better quality?
Raw Hair is top 1 quality, best quality hair we sell, both virgin hair and raw hair is cuticle aligned hair, the difference is raw hair's cuticle already run in same direction when it was initially collected, the virgin hair cuticle is not original intact but factory make the hair in such a way as to keep all the hair's cuticles properly aligned in one correction. Usually virgin hair can last for 6~12month while raw hair last for more than one year even longer time. Raw Hair is bleached better than virgin hair, if you expect to bleach to very light color like blonde 613 you have better choose our raw hair product. Do you offer a dropship program? How it works?
Yes we do. Dropship means the product your ordered from us will be shipped directly to your customer with your contact information including company name and phone number on the shipping label. We can even help to attach your label or package when packing. All you need to do is provide your customer's shipping address and phone number. How are shipping and handling?
Please Check out the shippment arrange time from above chart. For ready to ship product 1~2days ship out, other pre-order product could take more time. We offer DHL and Fedex shippment. Shipping fee depends on product Gross Weight. You'll see the total Shipping fee when you check out.

4. What company you use for shippment ?
We use DHL EXPRESS and Fedex for shippment. Orders are shipped with signature confirmation.
5.Once payment is received how quickly do you ship the product? How long after payment will I receive my shipment?
Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders will be processed within 1 workingdays since the order is placed.

6. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed. And we don’t ship to a P O box address for security reason.
7. Do you offer drop shipping? How does it work?
Yes we offer drop shipping. We can ship product directly to your client with your business information including sender name and contact number. People won’t be able to find your vendor.
