Exchange & Return Requirements

· Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.

·Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)

·Product must be in original packaging.

·Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise.

Elesis virgin hair has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met.Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us).

If it is because of product quality problems or wrong items be sent then we’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.

NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN THAT ARE OVER 30 DAYS OLD AND USED HAIR
