Please Note only #1B Natural color is unprocessed origin hair color, other is bleach or dyed process, usually you can dyed to a darker color but not lighter, if you need better bleach or dye effect please order natural color.

3.can I order items COD(cash on delivery)?
No. We do not allow COD orders.
4. What company you use for shippment ?
We use DHL EXPRESS and Fedex for shippment. Orders are shipped with signature confirmation.
5.Once payment is received how quickly do you ship the product? How long after payment will I receive my shipment?
Upon confirmation of a cleared payment, orders will be processed within 1 workingdays since the order is placed.

6. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed. And we don’t ship to a P O box address for security reason.
7. Do you offer drop shipping? How does it work?
Yes we offer drop shipping. We can ship product directly to your client with your business information including sender name and contact number. People won’t be able to find your vendor.
