Order can not be cancel

Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing program, and cannot be canceled, if you want to change to another item you should contact us and if the item you want to exchange to is more expensive than the original item you should pay the difference, if less than the orginal item we’ll refund you the difference.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have received, you may exchange it for a different product within 7 days of receiving it if you meet all the requirements as follows.

Exchange & Return Requirements

  •  Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise.
  • If return merchandise is charged for taxes buyer are responsible for the cost.

Elesis virgin hair has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not meet.Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us).

If it is because of product quality problems or wrong items be sent then we’ll be responsible for the shipping cost.
